The story so far:

• We have discussed "what are comics?" in an attempt to find a definition of comics.
• You have learnt some terminologies associated with comic books, as Denny o'Neil puts it the vocabulary of the language of comics.
• You have understood the process of taking a story idea and developing it to a script or a storyboard.

In the beginning of the course I had said :

"The goal of this course is to help you transition from the role of a comic book reader to a comic book creator."

I believe you are now ready to make that transition.

In this section we look at how expert's in the medium of comics turn their ideas and scripts into finished comics.

As a final activity in this section, you will create a comic based on your script/storyboard or you can create an 'autographical comic strip'.
